Husband-and-wife design team Marcia Zia (an Emmy-nominated set decorator) and Paul Priven are the creative collaborators who formed Zia·Priven in 1999. Though they left the entertainment industry, the Zia·Priven aesthetic is classically modern with a nod to the couple's Hollywood roots.

Their great love for vintage lighting and appreciation for lighting’s dramatic effects led them to create their own award-winning designs.
